Wine Cellar Specialists, one of our favorite wine cellar cooling dealers and experts in custom wine cellar design just completed another project using one of our wine cellar refrigeration units in Texas. The job, The Dann Wine Cellar, was built with one of our the RM (Rack Mount) 2600 units to provide refrigerated air to the climate controlled wine cellar. The wine cooling unit itself was hidden from view in the racking with an attractive purpose built wooded grill.
Wine Cellar Specialists were very smart, designing into the custom wine cellar, a door that has a special mechanism in the bottom that seals the room but retracts on opening. This makes for an excellent seal without wear and tear reducing efficiency over time.
